Why is there a Turkish option?
Turkish has a dotted and a dotless i. With Turkish rules, i becomes İ and ı becomes I in capitals, and back again in lower case. Without them, “istanbul” would become “ISTANBUL” instead of “İSTANBUL”. The option is chosen automatically when your browser is set to Turkish.
What is the difference between Title Case and Capitalized Case?
Capitalized Case starts every word with a capital. Title Case follows headline style and keeps short linking words in lower case, as in “The Lord of the Rings”.
Does Sentence case fix proper nouns?
No. It starts each sentence with a capital and makes everything else lower case, except the English word “I”. Names such as “London” need correcting by hand afterwards.
Is my text uploaded?
No. Conversion runs in your browser and nothing is sent or stored.
