Small tools. Big help.
Toolkitta is a growing collection of free, browser-based tools for the small tasks that interrupt everyone’s day — images, PDFs, audio, video and text.
Why we built it
We built Toolkitta to handle everyday file tasks in the browser, keep selected files on your device and make results easy to inspect before downloading. Every Toolkitta tool runs in your browser using local code and browser capabilities; selected files are not sent to us or stored on a server.
What the tools do today
Compress, resize, crop, rotate, convert, watermark, add text, annotate, blur, adjust, grayscale, frame, cut out and remove metadata from pictures privately in your browser.
Browse image tools →Create, compress, merge, split, rotate, fill in, sign, watermark, number, protect and unlock PDFs, or extract text and images, without uploading.
Browse pdf tools →Trim, convert, join, speed up or turn up audio files on your device, then listen before you save.
Browse audio tools →Compress, convert, trim, crop, resize or rotate videos, change their volume or speed, make GIFs and save still frames in your browser.
Browse video tools →Text tools 26 tools
Write and compare text, convert structured data and encodings, convert or sync subtitles, inspect tokens and URLs, and check hashes or timestamps on your device.
Browse text tools →Build a workflow
Subtitle Converter & Timing Fixer converts and edits SRT/WebVTT captions, corrects constant offsets or drift with millisecond precision, and exports transcripts. Preview with local audio/video, undo edits or reuse portable timing settings in either workflow mode.
When a job needs several tools, Advanced workflows lets you connect steps across categories, run local files once and inspect each step's result. Save a workflow in your browser or as a file to run the same job again.
How we decide what to add
A tool earns a place here when the task is common, the result is deterministic, and it can run privately on-device without accounts or subscriptions. We would rather ship a small tool that is obviously right than a large one that needs a manual. Our guides exist for the same reason: most image problems are half knowledge and half software, and we try to supply both.
PDF Editor brings supported original text/image edits, added content, page organization, forms and signatures into one on-device workspace. Nine PDF quick tools retain independent Batch and Interactive Editor sessions; the editor also runs in both workflow modes.
For creative edits, Image Editor brings text, drawing, shapes, image layers and signatures together, with editable project files saved on your device. Audio Editor combines selected local audio, sound from video files and voiceovers on a multitrack timeline, with trimming, splitting, fades, volume, speed and pitch. Audio Trimmer, Merge Audio, Change Audio Speed and Change Audio Volume offer both Batch and Interactive Editor modes. Reuse audio arrangements in Step-by-step or Advanced workflows. Video Editor adds video tracks, music, voiceovers, timed text and image overlays with original-file projects and reusable workflow recipes. Nine video editing tools offer independent Batch and Interactive Editor modes.
Useful without the extra steps
No account, installation, subscription or watermark. Your images, PDFs, audio, videos and text stay on your device. Defaults are simple, with advanced controls out of sight until you need them.
Who is behind it
Toolkitta is built and maintained by an independent developer. The site is hosted on Cloudflare; see the Privacy notice for exactly what that involves. It is free to use and is intended to be supported by unobtrusive advertising rather than subscriptions.
