How to change the speed or pitch of audio
- Add up to 20 audio files: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, Ogg, Opus or WebM, 500 MB each.
- Choose a speed from 0.5× to 2×, or Custom for 0.25× to 4×. Keep Natural pitch for speech, choose Shift pitch to move the key by semitones, or Like a record to let the pitch follow the speed.
- Click Preview 10 seconds to hear the result, then Change audio. Listen to each file and download one or a ZIP in MP3, WAV, M4A or FLAC.

Will voices sound like chipmunks?
Not with Natural pitch: the sound is stretched in small overlapping pieces so voices keep their pitch at any speed. Choose Like a record if you want the classic sped-up, higher sound.
Can I change the key of a song without changing its speed?
Yes. Leave the speed at 1×, choose Shift pitch and move the slider. Each step is one semitone; a larger shift sounds less natural, especially on voices.
What is the Preview button playing?
The first file, processed exactly as it will be saved, for 10 seconds from where its player is. Move the player's position to preview another part. Nothing is encoded until you click Change audio.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Decoding, the speed and pitch change and encoding all run in your browser. Encoder code is downloaded from this site the first time a format needs it; your audio never leaves your device.
