Image cropper & resizer
Frame it just right. Crop and resize JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and more; export JPG, PNG or WebP.
How to crop an image to exact dimensions
- Add a JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or other image. It stays in your browser.
- Pick an aspect ratio or type exact Width and Height in pixels, then drag the frame to the right spot.
- Under Resize, choose Pixels and enter the size your destination needs, then click Export.
Fit keeps proportions inside your bounds, Fill crops to the exact shape, Pad adds a background, and Stretch changes proportions. Enlargement is off by default so small images are not blurred unless you allow it.
Useful details
Are my images uploaded or stored?
No. Cropping, resizing and export happen in your browser; files are not uploaded to Toolkitta. Keep this tab open until you download or send your results; reloading clears the batch. Website hosting and performance measurement are described in our Privacy notice.
Which formats and sizes are supported?
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, AVIF, GIF, BMP, SVG, ICO and TIFF, up to 20 images, 20 MB each and 100 MB per batch. Images and outputs are limited to 40 megapixels and 16,384 pixels per side. Exports are JPG, PNG or WebP: with “Original” selected, a format the browser cannot write is saved as JPG, or PNG when the picture has transparency. Animated files keep their first frame only.
How do resize modes work?
Keep cropped size exports exactly what is inside the frame. Pixels starts from the cropped size; with Lock aspect ratio on, typing one side calculates the other. Unlock to choose how a different shape is handled: Fit preserves proportions within the bounds, Fill crops to the exact shape, Pad adds a background, and Stretch changes proportions. Percentage scales the crop. Enlargement is off by default.
How do size presets work?
Choosing a platform preset such as Instagram Story sets the crop frame to that ratio and the output to that exact pixel size. Move the frame to pick the part you want; every image in the batch shows its resulting size under its thumbnail. Sources smaller than the preset are not enlarged unless you allow it.
Can I edit several images at once?
Each image has its own crop, rotation and undo history. Apply this crop & settings to all copies the current frame proportionally to every other image, keeping a locked ratio and relative position. Export all processes images one by one and can be cancelled.
What does a circular crop export?
A square PNG with transparent corners, regardless of the format setting. Choose JPG only when you do not need transparency; transparent areas are then filled with the background color.
How do I continue in another tool?
Use Send to beside an exported image, or Send all to for the whole batch, to open another tool with those results already loaded. Both sessions stay available until you reload the page.
